Job Description BAE Systems, Inc. employees and sub-contractors aligned to the Air Force Solutions--Strategic Systems Directorate support the United States Air Force (USAF) Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) System Directorate sustaining the existing Minuteman III weapon system and supports acquisitions of its replacement, the Sentinel missile. BAE Systems is looking for qualified professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting sustainment and modernization efforts for the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile weapon system. The Minuteman III is a 1970s era weapon system and is scheduled to be retained as the United States military's prompt, global strike deterrent system until at least 2040. BAE Systems enables their employees to be empowered to use their experience, education, and skills to assist the Air Force to advance the Minuteman III weapon system into the next generation. The Field Representative/Program Manager position is a very dynamic position that will allow opportunities to support the entire Minuteman III weapon system.
You will:
- Use available data and working with unit personnel, provide technical planning and system integration daily to support BAE Systems and Intercontinental Ballistic Missile System Directorate personnel in coordinating and conducting maintenance requirements
- Use input from BAE Systems and Intercontinental Ballistic Missile System Directorate personnel to provide assistance to field units, on a daily basis, to assist with assessing problems and determining solutions
- Attend production meetings and coordinate ideas with wing representatives
- Coordinate/facilitate BAE System personnel’s visits to the Wing
- Provide guidance and assistance to Maintenance Group Commander and his/her staff
- Manage local BAE Systems’ MMIII Systems Failure Analysis Program
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Minimum of 15 years of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Maintenance experience with missile maintenance field experience
- Must possess supervisory/managerial experience
- Detail oriented, with excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and balance competing priorities in an effective manner
- Strong interpersonal skills, works well with others, and responds well to direction
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with people
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret/apply Major Command implementing instructions and associated technical orders
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- CCAF degree in one of the following: Missile Maintenance Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or Electronics-System Technology
- Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) experience
- Air Force Supply System knowledge
- Missile Maintenance Operations Center (MMOC) experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $106654 - $181311
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
