Job Description The selected candidate will provide formal training, develop course curriculum and other support activities related to the installation, operation and limited maintenance of Tracking, Tagging, and Location (TTL) and Remote Advise and Assist Vehicle Accompany Kit (RAA VAK) equipment/systems and other selected military and COTS C4ISR systems.
Develops technical training curriculum (web-based and instructor-led), instructional materials, and training requirements & plans. Assesses customer needs for future course development. Analyze and research a client's learning situation, expectations, resources, learning needs, learning gaps, tasks, available software, technology, and infrastructure to meet client needs. Design curricula according to instructional principals, client objectives, and program objectives.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Education:
High School Diploma or GED, Training Certification.

- Solid writing and formal presentation skills.
- Curriculum Design
- Skilled in Microsoft Office especially, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical skills in military communications, intelligence gathering or reconnaissance systems.
Eight (8) years of experience in training DoD related topics; including C4ISR systems, information management, or information assurance. Experience, to include: developing appropriate course material, hands on practical experience with techniques being taught, researching latest technical discipline practices, establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, and developing training programs. Experience should include hands-on experience with military communications, intelligence and/or reconnaissance systems.
Three (3) years of experience with TTL systems or similar C4ISR systems.
Minimum of Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain that level.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, use a computer, communicate on the telephone, and maintain files and documents.
Travel: Travel to customer sites is required.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Familiarity and experience with the following:
- VAK Remote Advise & Assist (RAA) Kits
- Communications devices, to include but not be limited to, the Thuraya IP+, Iridium 9575 satellite phone, SHOUT Nano, 9602 tracking devices and the Iridium GO (Wi-Fi) for technical operation, troubleshooting, and tactical employment
- Various Green Force Tracking technologies and other end user devices and or tagging, tracking, and locating technologies employed by SOF forces in theater
- Google Earth and various mapping applications employed by SOF to provide Common Operational Pictures
- Unitrac FalconView Plugin
- Unitrac System Administration
- Mobile server, Wi-Fi, and Broadband Global Area Networks
- Linux and Windows Based Servers
