BAE Systems is currently seeking a skilled Instructor/Facilitator to support a government’s Leadership and Supervisory Learning Solutions Program. Experienced instructors will be required to develop and maintain curriculum for the Leadership and Supervisory Learning Solutions Program. This will include implementation of training and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for curriculum development and curriculum maintenance. Selected Candidates will be required to stay current and abreast of changing customer technical and mission requirements and where appropriate incorporate these updates into curriculum. Candidates will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders and customers; executing Pre and Post Course Functions and tasks associated with program; setting up each classroom in the appropriate configuration, supplies, and course materials (Coordinating with site contract, if applicable); packaging course materials for each participant on the roster; duplicating and collating student materials as needed; picking up roster, evaluations and name tents and delivering them to the classrooms; as well as returning the classroom to order and recycling materials for next course. Communication will be paramount as Candidates will need to be savvy communicators with the ability to maintain frequent and relevant communication with supervisors; as well as conducting on-line web-based supervisory courses and conducting training through Blackboard. Selected Candidates will support the on-going improvement of the Supervisory, Leadership, and Professional Development Program by conducting lessons learned with adjunct instructors, and updating training materials monthly.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- At least 24 months demonstrated experience in Course Development
- At least 24 months demonstrated experience in curriculum maintenance
- At least 36 months demonstrated experience instructing of adult learners
- At least 36 months demonstrated experience supervising persons and leading teams
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience supporting Leadership, Supervisory and Professional Development Programs.
- Demonstrated experience within the Intelligence Community
- Instructional Systems Design (ISD) experience
