BAE Systems in NH is currently undergoing an exciting period of growth. We are looking for talented early career Software professionals to help us create the world’s most advanced solutions in areas including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Aircraft Protection, Radar Warning and Electronic Attack for our defense related customers. For this position, we are looking for a Software Engineer to apply her/his skills to developing high-quality, real-time embedded software for fielded electronics platforms.

Because of the need for consistent onsite collaboration, this role is full time onsite.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Current possess an active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with software development in C, C++ and Python
• Experience with signal processing and communication protocols.
• Experience with Real-time Embedded Software Development
• Experience with developing on Linux & Windows Operating Systems
• Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Able to secure a Top Secret Clearance / SCI
• Experience with test equipment (signal generator, spectrum analyzer, etc)
• Experience using software tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Gitlab
• Knowledge of container-based development philosophies (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Helm, etc).

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
