Project & Program Management
Job Description Perform tasks across the Project Management processes of initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, developing and completing projects or programs.
Track progress to financial, schedule, technical and/or new business performance objectives.
Supports new business development activities and participates in proposal development support by obtaining quotes, building BOEs (Basis of Estimates), and coordinating with functional support leads.
Perform tasks across the Project Management processes of initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, managing & controlling, developing and completing projects or programs. Track progress to financial, schedule, technical and/or new business performance objectives. May support new business development activities and participate in developing strategic and financial plans for assigned business area.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typical Education and Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Able to coordinate, manage, and create customer required Data CDRLs
Able to develop and manage monthly EACs for business area assigned
Able to support proposal and pricing activities under direction from program manager and/ or capture manager
Coordinate with Contracts on project/job releases
Log and track shipments by project
Generate Work Authorization Memos (WAM), coordinate travel, and complete expense reports
Required Software/IT skills: Above average skills in Microsoft Word and Power Point; Superior skills in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Costpoint or similar ERP/cost reporting system is desired
Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task, managing support duties among multiple projects concurrently
Able to work with minimal supervision; highly motivated individual with an ability to work on own initiative
Self-starter who possess the skills to identify problems and resolve them unilaterally
Strong organizational and analytical skills, capturing information, prioritizing tasks and organizing effectively
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing is desired
Knowledge of government and commercial contracting is desired

What We Offer+ Warrior Integration Program (Est. 2008)
This program was created to assist in the employment, transition, education, and development of wounded warriors. Through mentoring, partnership, education, and leadership, we vow to serve our veterans in the same manner they served our country.
