Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Program / Project Integrator who has experienceworking in both Agile and Scrum environments.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working on a techncial team.
Personality is very important for this role, as you will be an integral part of the team
We are the Prime. Location is Chantilly. This program is fantastic.
- Support of a 200-person organization
- Front Office responsible of 70M+ / year budget
- Implementing a Digital IT Moderation Roadmap
- Requiring knowledge of or certification of PMP and Agile Scrumframe.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Work directly with the SLT/Front Office to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
- Serve as a liaison between the Front Office and staff and business partners. This includes maintaining backlog of actions, deliverables and prioritization of their work-off. Coordinate wor-off with customer staff to include data collection and consolidation.
- Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed by the SLT.
- Assist in activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training, as well as in fostering collaboration of end-users and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the Office and governance groups, including helping to coordinate the work of the different groups and providing administrative support for governance meetings.
- Assist the Front Office in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences.
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the Front Office; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
- Keep the Front Office advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
- Compose and prepare first draft of presentations and data rich communications for the Front Office review and approval.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills As a Project Integrator, you will work to facilitate access requests and onboarding of new personnel as well as support Scrum teams through JIRA administration and Agile Scrum ceremony facilitation. You must be detail oriented and a team player, be responsible for tracking user requirements, coordinate program management office actions and track/report progress to key milestones.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
- Experience working in customer space and general IT knowledge required
- An eye for detail and excellent grammar/communication skills
- Experience creating and managing tickets in JIRA
- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project
- Ability to multitask; can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to react to project adjustments promptly and efficiently
- General knowledge of Cloud technologies and customer enterprise management services
- Desire to perform and learn technical skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
