Job Description Are you a skilled Program Manager with additional experience in facility fit-up, relocation and accreditation projects? BAE Systems’ Precision Strike and Sensing Solutions business area has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager II to lead a cross-functional team focused on the seamless migration of the Navigation and Sensor Systems product line to an entirely new facility in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Come build your career with us.Required Skills and Education Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience
Program management experience in both development and production efforts
Proficiency in program management processes including program planning, risk and opportunity management, earned value management
Ability to engage a team around a shared vision and strategy, can articulate complex messages simply
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage subcontracted activities
Ability to work effectively with team members in remote locations and time zonesPreferred Skills and Education Experience with facility design, relocation, construction, fit-up projects
Experience with DoD security accreditation, NISPOM
Electronics and microelectronics manufacturing experience
