Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead an analytical program supporting a key Intelligence Community (IC) customer located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The positions require an Active Clearance with Polygraph. There is NO Exception to the clearance requirement. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience to provide top talent and solutions to the IC on a high profile program.
The PM will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a program of over 100 personnel, including oversight of the recruitment and retention of top talent, performing Quality Assurance, and communicating verbally, and in writing to the customer to address changes and challenges. The PM also will interact frequently with internal and external senior level executives and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, contracts, and strategies. Must be comfortable leading briefings and high level meetings.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Official liaison between contract and customer
- Monitor and control team efficiency and operations
- Contract Status reports
- Accountability for performance of all contractors
- Perform other operational and analytic support functions as tasked, specifically Intel Analysis support requirements
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team
Required Skills and Education Program/project management experience.
Customer relation management experience.
Financial management knowledge and experience executing to revenue and profit targets.
Experience leading and managing diverse teams.
Ability to develop creative solutions to highly complex problems involving internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters and 8+ years of prior relevant experience.Preferred Skills and Education Experience conducting and/or supporting HUMINT operations (DESIRED).
