Our new state of the art development center in Austin Texas facility is ready to be the home for our next generation technical solutions and technology in safety critical controls (flight, propulsion and autonomous), high power electronics and energy management systems for the commercial and military aerospace and ground vehicle markets.

This new Austin facility provides an open and collaborative work environment and many health and wellness features.

Engineers at our Austin, Texas location will provide flight and mission-critical products worldwide to more than 170 commercial and military customers. Engineers will also support securing our sustainable future through products that provide efficient, power management and by developing eco-friendly, hybrid and electric systems. You will have the opportunity to help define and develop the next generation: Fly-By-Wire Flight Controls, Full Authority Digital Engine Controls, Ground Vehicle Power Management, Aircraft Electrification, Advanced Air Mobility, Autonomous Flight Systems, Flight Deck Systems, Cabin Management Systems, Weapon Controls, and Mission Systems for the world's most prominent commercial and military aircraft and vehicle manufacturers.

This position is located in Austin, TX in our new state of the art facility expected to open in summer of 2022. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with switching power supply converter topologies such as the Buck, Boost, Flyback, Forward, Push-Pull, Half-Bridge, Cuk, Sepic, etc
• Magnetics design experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of electronic power devices such as MOSFETs, Schottky Diodes, IGBT's'
• Good understanding of control loop analysis
• Experience with design analysis tools such as PSPICE, SIMPLIS, MathCad,
• Motivated self-starter who has the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with synchronous rectification
• multi-phase converters, resonant converters, current fed converters, advanced packaging techniques
• Experience with radiation hardened, SEE immune design applications
• Experience with MIL-STD-704 and RTCA/DO-160
• Experience with EMI Filtering and Lightning Protection
• Digital design/embedded control experience
