As a Principal Datacenter Project Manager - Quality Assurance, you'll develop comprehensive performance measures and monitoring methods to track datacenter project outcomes, including KPIs for uptime, capacity utilization, energy efficiency, and resource allocation across hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructures. You'll create approaches and frameworks to ensure project performance and schedules comply with task planning, conducting gap analyses, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to maintain alignment with government milestones and SLAs.

Location Requirement
The successful candidate must be located within 50 miles of Vicksburg, MS.
#Castle-NetRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience in project management and quality assurance, with a focus on datacenter or IT infrastructure environments in government or large enterprise settings
- Proven expertise in developing performance measures, monitoring methods, and continuous improvement methodologies, including service metrics for operational compliance
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
- Strong knowledge of federal standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA) and ITIL 4 practices for service quality and continual improvement
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and performance analytics platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead initiatives in fast-paced, regulated contexts
- Applies extensive expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines, with the ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM) or equivalent datacenter-specific credential
- Experience supporting DoD or large federal datacenter projects, including hybrid cloud integrations and quality assurance in high-availability environments
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) certification, with emphasis on service design and improvement
- Background in lean/six sigma methodologies for process optimization
- Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Manager)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
