Job Description
We are seeking a motivated people-person to support our Windchill customers’ needs at BAE Systems. This position will require direct customer support of Windchill PLM software. It offers the opportunity to expand your skills in business process support, workflows, and access control. The position will also focus on cyber security maturity of our Windchill configuration. It requires a background and desire to grow in the understanding of cyber security concepts and certifications.
Crucial aspects to this position will include, improving team key performance indicators:
Time to first customer contact on support requests.
Time to closure for support requests.
Reduction in closure time for identified problems in our environment.
Focus areas within cyber security include
Improving the team’s approach to event monitoring.
Identifying cybersecurity maturity model risks and increasing our overall rating.
Reviewing and improving access control architecture within our PLM environment.
Typical Education and Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Skills and Education
5 years of experience in a technical discipline.
Proactive attitude and the desire to be a productive member of a world class team.
Experience in direct customer support and service. (preferably in I.T. service)
Strong Customer Service Skill & Awareness.
Strong communication skills.
