Job Description BAE Systems is looking for a qualified professional to join our Minuteman III Sustainment as the Program manager for the Ground Electrical Branch. The Minuteman III weapon system is a 1970s era weapon system and is scheduled to be retained as the United States military's prompt, global strike deterrent system through 2036.
Typical Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing management oversight for the Ground Electrical (GE) Branch
- Managing cost, schedule, and performance of the contract for the GE Branch
- Support BAE Sustainment Lead in managing cost, cost and performance of the contract
- Supporting the Government’s GE leadership in completing their goals and objectives
- Provide oversight of tasks and deliverables to ensure BAE meets or exceeds standards
Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US Citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- At least 10 year experience in MMIII Ground Systems Maintenance and Operations
- Strong experience in the understanding Government’s MMIII Ground Electrical Integrated Product Team, to include the members and their roles
- Experience with MMIII Technical Orders and Engineering Orders Processes
- Experience with MMIII Sustainment TERB and GMRB processes
- Experience in identifying risk and developing schedules
- Demonstrate ability to write and present to Government counterpart ideas and issues that will resolve MMIII Sustainment issues
- Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, as well as the ability to interact with team members, external team members, various levels of management and external customers
- Experience in MS Office suite
- Must currently possess a secret clearance or above
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience in understanding of BAE’s budget process
- Demonstration of conflict resolution
- Experience in building customer trust
- Understanding engineering drawings
- Understanding JIRA tools/processes
