Job Description Develops and writes manufacturing documentation, makes revisions to existing documentation, and provides input to technical papers or presentations.
Ensures manufacturing processes meet cost, quality, schedule, and intent of engineering drawings..
Applies basic engineering analytical theory, principles, techniques, and practices to solve manufacturing issues.
Develops, produces and maintains tooling for production.
Estimates labor requirements for production. Dispositions discrepant material.
Performs basic technical analysis, testing, calculations, and evaluation of results using MS Excel.
Analyzes and interprets design specifications, drawings, documentation, models, and/or test results to ensure technical designs will meet recurring production cost targets.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with customers to solve technical manufacturing problems and implement solutions of limited complexity.
Acquires and maintains up-to-date knowledge of manufacturing engineering discipline(s), industry practices, trends, and applications.
Maintains a safe work environment and ensures compliance with safety policies and rules.
Shares responsibility of self-development with immediate supervisor.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year College or University; or five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Proficient in MS: Word, Outlook and Excel.
Experience with interpreting engineering drawings.
Experience with composite manufacturing or machining metals.
Experience with lean manufacturing principals.

What We Offer+ Warrior Integration Program (Est. 2008)
