Job Description The Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line is looking for a Manager in Austin, TX at their new facility to lead the Intelligent Dispensing and Advanced Expendable Solutions (IDAES) product line area. This role would lead a team of contract administrators responsible for Sustainment activities as well as directly work with an International portfolio and in cleared space to support their Smart D2 growth Campaign.

The successful candidate would possess and gain more experience with development and production contracts, International customers and future product support initiatives. This program is a fast pace, dynamic environment requiring a proven individual contributor to proactively manage contractual scope, customer communication, proposals and policy expectations. The successful candidate will lead all contracting activities with minimal supervision.
This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, legal and customer requirements with limited guidance or supervision from the Contracts Director. This lead manager would closely coordinate with the Contracts Director for any and all RBA and DOA related items to ensure proper acumen at the Product Line level. The successful candidate will need to interpret and communicate business commitments and alternatives to the program team and management. This position requires an extensive knowledge of government contracting methods, applicable laws and regulations and the ability to develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers. This position would manage a team of CAs.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelors Degree or equivalent and 8+ years related experience.
Pursuant to a specific US Government contract, selected individual must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Some desired skills are:
- FAR/DFAR knowledge and experience
- International experience
- Experience with agreements other than contracts (ex. NDAs, bailment agreements, distributor agreements and/or software license agreements)
- Proven strong written and verbal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
- Makes decisions using sound judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principals and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
- US DoD Clearance SECRET or higher with DoD Investigation conducted within last 5 years
