Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team for an exciting opportunity to support the readiness and sustainment of the US Air Force Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) program under the Integration Support Contract (ISC). This contract directs BAE to provide system level expertise and timely solutions to problems that require weapon system knowledge comprehensive enough to assess and solve system level problems that are not necessarily confined to any one subsystem.

System Engineering Level Evaluation Correction Team (SELECT) provides efficient and effective analysis, evaluation and resolution of weapon system problems associated with procedures, hardware, and software functions. This type of engineering support is required when the resolution of field, depot, or in-house problems exceed the scope of those covered by standard processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an AS degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Systems Technology, have knowledge of the Minuteman ICBM system, and experience in ICBM Systems Engineering practices.
This Position is located at Hill AFB, UT.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct detailed circuit analysis to isolate, identify, assess and resolve weapon system faults and perform anomaly analysis.
Use government furnished special test hardware and software to breakout, monitor and collect data from weapon system equipment and subsystem interfaces in support of analysis, evaluation, and resolution of weapon system problems.
Support system engineering level requests for assistance from ICBM operational Launch Facilities and Launch Control Centers, depots, ICBM test facilities, or the ICBM SPO to conduct special studies and/or analyses.
Support Simulated Electronic Launch Minuteman (SELM) test activities, to include: 1) review of Air Force generated SELM test sequence documents, 2) perform SELM test dry runs at Hill AFB test facilities, 3) perform fault isolation and checkout of SELM unique test equipment, 4) provide on-site engineering support during conduct of SELM tests at operational field locations, 5) participate on SELM anomaly analysis teams to determine root cause of test anomalies discovered during SELM testing, 6) provide technical support during SELM posture/de-posture activities.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Associates Degree in Electronic Systems Technology/Electrical Engineering or other engineering disciplines and 10 years of relevant work experience.
Must be able to obtain certification under the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP).
Minuteman ICBM or other military weapon system experience is required with knowledge of weapon system design parameters, requirements, interface data, and technical orders.
Familiar with generic test equipment such as oscilloscope, ScopeCorder, spectrum analyzer, function generator, power analyzer, logic analyzer, and multimeter.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Minuteman Technical Engineering experience.
Minuteman Electronics Lab experience.
SELM experience.
Experience with DoD acquisitions, military specifications and government engineering.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
