Job Description BAE is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to assist with overseeing and management of IT project(s) and program(s). The candidate performs key project management duties to support the IT project(s) and program(s).
Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with ServiceNow SPM tools.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of IT Project(s)/Program(s)
- Perform key project management duties to support project teams with respect to coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, preparation of meeting materials, data entry and other activities as assigned.
- Work closely with project/program managers & subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements for data entry, WBS maintenance, meeting development and minutes’ documentation.
- Assist with work tracking and triaging of risks, issues, and action items.
- Assist with querying and report generation for the review work and assignments from the work tracking tools Teams, MS Project and ServiceNow.
- Assist with managing project plans, schedule, cost, and risk management
- Assist project/program managers with managing projects and reports in ServiceNow utilizing agile boards
- Assist with developing and managing various program status reports and briefings for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and update project documentation
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Build high quality relationships with various stakeholders including clients, users, company leaders and external partners.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 4 years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Suite of tools specifically MS Project & Excel
- Familiarity with waterfall and Agile frameworks
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Familiarity with project management software tools (SPM), methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with assisting & coordinating technical projects through the full life cycle
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Strong presentation skills
Familiarity with advanced project scheduling and risk analysis techniques
Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with ServiceNow SPM tools
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75510 - $128340
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
