Job Description Join BAE Systems’ Intelligence and Security sector and be a part of a team who provides critical intelligence research and analysis that helps keep our country safe. We are searching for an Intelligence Training Manager to provide and oversee training creation, execution, and management to support to US Army operations. In this role, the candidate will:
- Oversee development or enhancement of applicable POI, Lesson Plans, Practical Exercises, and Evaluation.
- Support development of training products, participate in training product development sessions.
- Instruct training classes if required.
- Advise on training schedules for multiple intelligence collection disciplines.
- Provide consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of training.
- Provide specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of training and/or exercises, including after action review and analysis.
- Collect and maintain training records to produce caveats for contract partners, customer leadership, or other interested parties.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelors or higher in an applicable field.
- 10+ years’ experience training within the US Army, DoD, or IC.
- US Army intelligence training (35 series).
- Experience in SIGINT, All Source Intelligence, HUMINT, CI, and GEOINT designing, developing, and revising classified training programs.
- Experience developing user guides, developing training materials, class room instruction, developing SOPs, and other Government technical documents including content covering All Source Intelligence, GEOINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT.
- Experience with the ADDIE process.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Master’s Degree in an applicable field.
- US Army instructor certified.
- Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing methodologies and approaches to enhance intelligence mission capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of analysts of various sizes and skill levels.
