BAE Systems is looking for a entry level, detail oriented, technically literate, discrete cybersecurity professional to manage risk for critical on-premise systems as a Risk Management Framework Information Security Systems Officer. This ISSO will collaborate within the on-premise cybersecurity team to provide knowledge, skills, expertise, and judgment to the Information System Security Manager and System Program Manager to actively secure and maintain authorization for critical networks, capabilities, and assets.
Candidates should have knowledge of common security technologies and tools such as Active Directory, SCCM, Tenable's Nessus (ACAS), Splunk, STIGs/STIG viewer to name a few. Candidates should also have knowledge of governance requirements and policies pertaining to United States Government and Department of Defense/Air Force Risk Management Framework and Information Technologies.
This position requires an active final Secret clearance upon hire date. The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. An active Top Secret clearance is preferred.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Candidate must have:
Master's Degree & 1 year of experience, OR Bachelor's Degree & 3 years of experience, OR HS Diploma & 7 years of experience
DoDD 8570 IAM Level I (Security+) or higher on day of hire
Experience delivering IT/IT Services from a customer facing and/or backend engineering/administration role
Ability to collaborate with peers and customers
Ability to embrace change and pursue mastery of new technologies and capabilities

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Top Secret Security Clearance
DoDD 8570 IAM Level II (CISSP or CISM) certification
