Job Description Financial Systems Lead will manage and provide technical guidance to ensure the successful implementation, ongoing maintenance and continued improvement of the cost structure of our cost centers (pools) and rates in our financial accounting platform (Deltek Costpoint). The position requires strong IT skills combined with practical experience and a deep understanding of Costpoint. This is a senior position and requires excellent project and communications skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. In addition, lead will own and be responsible for supporting the BAE Enterprise Shared Services Inc. Budgets, to include but not limited to IT Shared Pools monthly budget vs actuals performance analysis, providing oversight on performance and guidance on how to handle cost/affordability issues to management, meeting compliance requirements and setting up cost centers in compliance with Forward Pricing Submission and Disclosure Statement.

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Financial Systems applications support and accounting team to ensure the successful delivery of IT related financial project initiatives (automating allocations in Cost Point). Set up and maintain Cost Centers (pools) / Rates in CostPoint and create, implement, and maintain procedural documentation and policies. Think and plan strategically for long-term system growth and agility. Champion of integrating CostPoint with current technologies (tableau, Hyperion, etc) to help automated reports, automation of pool allocations and billings, standardized organization/project set up, and automated metric management. Advocate change control and issue resolution processes.

Compliance Responsibilities: Setting up and implementing desktop procedures, policies, and internal audit controls to have and maintain consistency and compliance. In additional to setting procedures for consistency and compliance controls, candidate will be responsible for managing DCAA and DCMA FPRP audits.

Financial Analysis responsibilities: results oriented and deliver solutions on tight deadlines. Plays a key role in assisting with the annual budgeting coordination. Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trend future requirements, and operating forecasts. Role will also support accounting mid-year and year-end requirement as needed.Required Skills and Education Deltek ERP Costpoint Experience/Skills required.
