As a member of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team, the successful candidate will serve as the HRIS Portfolio Manager Human Capital Management application and technology expertise and customer relationship support primarily to the HR Centers of Expertise (COE) and our Business HR Liaisons.
The HRIS Portfolio Manager participates in near term and long-term strategy discussions for tools and technology to enable the HR function to achieve its strategic objectives more effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will design solutions in partnership with the COEs, Business Liaisons, and Information Technology (IT).
The individual is a subject matter expert in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules. He/she demonstrates an exceptional level of functional Human Resources understanding and how Cloud HCM operates within the context of the larger HR technology landscape. Able to continuously assimilate, understand, and apply new functional capabilities in support of Human Resources.
The individual must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills when advising teammates and customers in the use of Cloud HCM. The individual must have the trust of others and the ability to effectively communicate welcomed and unwelcomed news harmoniously.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
PeopleSoft HCM knowledge
Oracle Cloud HCM, Talent Management and Payroll knowledge
Technical aptitude and strong attention to details
Systems Project Management methodology
Working knowledge of Information Technology concepts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand existing configuration
Ability to analyze complex information in order to identify key elements, strengths and weaknesses to create a persuasive argument, make recommendations or solve a problem
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
Able to effectively communicate with various organization levels, from staff members to executives
Ability to influence and negotiate, including resources that are not in your span of control
