The ICBM Systems Directorate (ICBMSD) Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD)
Division, is acquiring an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile system to replace the Minuteman III system. To successfully field a new weapon system, the GBSD program requires a comprehensive program operations and execution strategy that helps position the organization to meet all acquisition milestones. The BAE Integration Support Contract (ISC) not only assists in the acquisition and technical sustainment, but also helps train and develop this capability in the government for the long term. This contract augments organic government resources by providing breadth and depth of capabilities for system engineering and integration, risk management, technical assessment, acquisition program management, strategy development, organization and change management, interface with operations and logistics, business analysis, mission effectiveness.
Position will be located at or near Hill AFB, Utah.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Perform duties as the Program Operations manager overseeing the Information Technology Division.
-Experience managing various teams, working groups, and diverse skill sets.
-Excellent communication skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of company leadership to address issues and drive projects to completion.
- Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers; communicate with internal and external customers related to assigned program areas on a daily basis.
- Liaison with Gov. customer on flexible, fast moving projects with technical complexity.
- Develop project plans, create schedules inputs for the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) on all assigned projects and track projects to completion.
- Monitor team performance and network health
-Demonstrated experience developing teams where success is measured as a team rather than by the individual and leading by serving those around you.
-Working across team and in a cross-functional environment to accomplish schedule driven priorities on time.
-Define and improve process flows to realize efficiencies for BAE and Gov. customer.
-Communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
--Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Government Top Secret clearance.
-Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
-Experience with managing a system or network operations
-Ability to understand project requirements, coordinate resources, and direct projects to meet deadlines
-Demonstrated proficiency to handle complex technical concepts and communicate effectively across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
-Program Management Professional (PMP) certification. DoD program management experience.
-Proven team builder focused on creating an environment of trust, commitment, accountability and results.
-Innovator with a continuous improvement mindset.
-Experience in Lean management, CMMI, conflict resolution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
-Exceptional customer communication and engagement skills.
-Ability to perform in a complex enterprise team structure with multiple contractors and government agencies
