Job Description The F-35 Supply Chain Management Organization is looking for a highly motivated individual who can operate with minimal supervision.
He/she will report into the SCM Item Management Lead and will support the management of spares support to flight test and customer operational aircraft activities for BAE SYSTEMS supplied F-35 products.
This includes but is not limited to management of Spares Distribution, Spares and Repairs Orderbook Management, Consumption Analysis, Configuration Management, resolution of fielded aircraft issues while responding to the dynamic needs of a 24/7 Production, Flight Test, Pilot Training and Operational Flight activities.
The candidate will have the ability to work in a multinational team supporting multinational Services and demonstrate a high level of supply chain competency.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
- The candidate must have experience with the Supply Chain/Logistics
- The candidate must have prior experience identifying Supply Chain requirements and solutions
- The successful candidate must have experience working with all levels of personnel in a IPT, as well as experience working within diverse teams
- The candidate will have a proven ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external leadership
- The candidate will possess excellent technical report writing skills and be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio and other products
- The candidate must have the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously for multiple customers
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Previous F-35 Supply Chain experience
- Previous military fast jet Supply Chain experience
