Job Description Join the BAE Systems F-35 Software Operations Integration team. This is an exciting and challenging time for the F-35 program as the fleet grows from 500+ aircraft today to over 2,000 in the next decade. You will assist in driving team wide integration of our business management activities and will work in a highly collaborative manner with the Integration Team lead to support the wider BAE SYSTEMS business US and UK. The Integration Team provides program management, quality assurance and governance support to the Senior Manager and Value Stream leads.
A strong project management background and contractual/commercial awareness is critical for this role.
Project management tasks include assisting the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Integration team and integrating the PM activities of the group. This includes proactive participation in Life Cycle Management reviews in support of the Value Stream leads and the Project Management/Contract Management functions.
Coordinating bids and proposals for future work and assisting the team in securing business growth.
Coordinate the development of an integrated staffing plan across all contracts working closely with the Project Controls lead.
Coordinate the development and management of a structured training plan for the team to coordinate training needs with the Value Stream leads, identify solutions and then track progress to ensure the plan is achieved within budget.
Supporting the team’s Integration Lead with Issue Management activities to include Risks and Opportunities and Corrective Actions.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
Strong Project Management skills including Earned Value and Control Account Management
Microsoft Office, including Project and advanced features of Excel
Excellent organization, communication, influencing and networking skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with teams that operate Agile development methods, tools and behaviors
Awareness of the principles of Quality Management frameworks such as AS9100D, ISO9000 etc.

What We Offer+ Warrior Integration Program (Est. 2008)
