ES Finance Intern - Summer 2026 (Hybrid)

Job Description

The Finance Internship Program at BAE Systems offers participants challenging work assignments as well as training and mentoring opportunities. Interns will have the ability to gain relevant work experience within finance and accounting functions such as : General Accounting, Pricing, Cost Accounting and Project Finance. In addition to the work assignments each of these teams may assign, the program offers shadowing opportunities with other functional finance teams giving interns a deeper look into the greater BAE Systems finance organization.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• College junior with business related major (graduating May 2027)

• Interest in a career within Finance or Accounting

• Ability to work for the 10 week program during the summer in a hybrid work setup

• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $39861 - $53766

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
