Job Description We are currently seeking an Electrical Test Technician to join our Microwave Factory at the Manassas, VA plant. These Microelectronic RF Microwave assemblies require many discrete components, many of which are very small. The Electrical Test Technicians ability to find the root cause of a failure mode is critical to the continued success of our production line. The position requires a passion for electronics, excellent oral and written communication skills and a continuous improvement attitude.
-Conducts tests of production assemblies and units following their Process and Procedure
-Modifies modules by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches.
-Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components

The ideal candidate should be able to meet these requirements:
- Has a full understanding of AC/DC Fundamentals
- Ability to follow test specifications, test procedures and verbal instructions in order to perform a variety of routine, standard tests which require reading, interpreting and verifying specifications using simple test stand setups.
- Able to operate a limited variety of standard test equipment such as voltmeter, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Can perform troubleshooting activities, diagnoses deficiencies in modules and recommend rework where necessary.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Associates Degree or Higher in Electronics Technology/Electrical Engineering Technology
- Hands on Experience with RF microelectronics and their components
- Experience working in an ICO Certified, ESD and FOD controlled environment
- Familiar with Mil-Std-883
