Job Description Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

As the Director of the Storm EW Product Management Group, you will be working with a cross functional team that is creating a new way of doing business within the ECS Business Area. It’s the excitement and pride in developing and maturing the processes and strategy that enables ECS success in current and future programs. You will be helping to create a successful path for the implementation of Storm EW policies and procedures that support Program Integration and adaptation of the Storm EW product platform model. The successful candidate will be expected to work as the lead for assigned activities as part of the larger Storm EW Product Management Group Team, develop and implement creative problem solutions and brief ECS leadership of the recommended approaches to ensure the continued success of the Storm EW business model. The Director I will have many opportunities to interface with ECS Leadership Team Members and functional leads across the business area.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with life cycle management
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience or equivalent experience of 2+ years in a Program Manager II role
- Experience working in a development or production environment
- Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Quality, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex tasks
- Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel and functional leadership
- Very strong presentation and organizational skills
- Highly adaptable with a high degree of initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive plans to closure
- Actively manage leadership relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
- US Citizen
- SECRET Clearance (or capable of attaining)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Master’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Have taken negotiation, stake holder management, leadership or export controls courses
- Operations management experience
- Preferred clearance level: TS
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
