In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.
The DCGS Navy ICOP Program Manager will manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute projects or a collection of projects. The PM ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. Direct people-management responsibility and coordinated management through a functionality matrixed organization will be required.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Track record of success in planning and executing large, complex programs
- Experience working with multi-discipline cross functional project teams, utilizing strong communication and collaboration skills to successfully manage assigned program(s)
- Ability to understand and communicate with senior management regarding program performance status (cost/schedule/resources/risk) as well as performance to annual financial objectives
- Demonstrated expertise in risk & opportunity management industry best practices
- Experience in change management roles, especially involving cultural change
- Ability to challenge and improve upon industry practices and standards, as well as company policies and procedures
- Ability and desire to mentor early through late career team members
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Master’s degree
- Understanding of DoD/Navy Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance products, technologies and capabilities
- Understanding of the DoD acquisition environment and processes
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) techniques
- Secret Clearance with ability to achieve TS/SCI

What We Offer+ Warrior Integration Program (Est. 2008)
This program was created to assist in the employment, transition, education, and development of wounded warriors. Through mentoring, partnership, education, and leadership, we vow to serve our veterans in the same manner they served our country. WIP provides mission-centered work that gives wounded warriors the opportunity to contribute, providing a path for career progression.
