Provide solutions to complex problems that are consistent with the program's digital engineering objectives

Develop mechanisms for monitoring metrics and for intervention and problem solving within the team, management, and government customers
Knowledge of, and skill in, the use of principles of negotiation as required to reconcile diverse opinions that can arise from conflicts
Participate in process improvements initiatives and implement more effective procedures
Provide leadership and mentorship to a diverse integrated team
