Job Description This is a first shift position working a 4/10 schedule with every Friday off.
The EWIMC Tech-Ops team is looking for a Process Engineering Manager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at their Nashua New Hampshire facility. The role demands working closely with cross functional organizational teams in the Electronic Warfare Integration Manufacturing Center (EWIMC) final module assembly, box level assembly, and test teams. This position brings with it an exciting opportunity to influence the successful execution of Post-SMT production goals and achieving its operational excellence.
Job duties:
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, feedback, and guidance to the Post-SMT Process Engineers, Engineering Assistants and Specification Writers - approximately 20 people
- Manage technical personnel through hiring, staff development, and personnel assignments to meet the needs of the business. Be an active and engaged leadership team member.
- Manage the generation and execution of Production and Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) tasks including equipment programs, fixtures, process documentation, routings, etc.
- Develop and mature policies, procedures, and processes required for a circuit card assembly environment.
- Drive product / process improvements, production problem resolutions, continuous improvement and integrating solutions into a lean manufacturing environment.
- Closely collaborate with the Program Engineering and Factory TechOps peers.
- Steer continuous improvement projects to support HPU improvement, increased output and reduction of Cost of Poor Quality occurrences.
The expectation is to achieve operational excellence through technical leadership and mentorship of hands-on problem-solving. The goal is to support and improve assembly build processes to mitigate cost of poor quality, improve quality yields, cycle and on time delivery schedules, while driving towards the ultimate goal of zero defects.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Tech Operations management experience in manufacturing
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Design or early lifecycle development experience.
- New product introduction experience.
- Experience implementing complex change and adapting to dynamic environments.
- Familiar with (Aerospace Series) AS9145 and (Institute of Printed Circuits) IPC-610.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
- Proven success with change management in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in a team leader, program/project manager, or direct management role.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
